Total Delivery Time
Please note that the production time should be added to the shipping time to determine the total delivery time. For example, if the product has a production time of 5 business days and shipping takes 3 business days, the order will arrive in approximately 8 business days.

Return Requests for Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products
If you have received a product that is incorrect, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product to initiate the return process. Return requests for damaged or incorrect products will be processed at no additional cost, and return shipping fees will be covered by us.
Returns for Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Packages
If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or if the package is not claimed by the recipient, the product will be returned to our logistics partner, Printful. In this case, you will be responsible for reshipping costs once we have confirmed the correct address.

The return address for products purchased through our store is the address of our logistics partner, Printful. If you wish to return a product, please contact us first to receive precise instructions.
Returns and Refunds for Buyer’s Remorse
If you wish to return a product due to buyer’s remorse or request a size exchange, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. In this case, once the returned product is received, you will need to place a new order for the replacement product (if it is a size exchange or a different product).
In general, we do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse.
If you wish to proceed with a return for a different size or another product, the shipping costs will be at your expense.
If you choose to accept a return for buyer’s remorse, you will need to place a new order at your own cost.
Policies for Customers in Brazil
Customers residing in Brazil have the right to return a product within 7 days of receiving it, provided that the product has not been used or damaged. The return request must include a photo of the product. Each return will be evaluated, and if the product is found to be damaged or partially used, the return will not be accepted.
